it depends also on what ur cycle was and how much and how long ur cycle was, so its tough to say however u can expect to lose water weight from the cyp u were on but should be able to hold onto all ur lean muscle gains if u run your pct correctly
that's good. The only thing I really ever suffer is the feeling (mostly mental) of unmotivation. I get it in my head that I won't make gains without it, but that's not the case
You did it right, you spent the time to research everything and you will be fine. That's something a lot of guys don't do and have regrets later about their first couple cycles
