Waking up to urinate during the night

I know it has a lot to do with drinking a gallon of water a day, but I wake up twice to take a leak during the night now. I always go right before bed to try to knock out any mid-night trips, but im a good solid 2 weeks of going twice during the night

Do you guys wake up in the middle of the night to piss?

wow, i have that sitting on top of my fridge. I used to take it for hair-loss. Now i dont give a fuck.. Hopefully its not expired

if you have a full bladder the saw palmetto won't help, it'll help if you have an aggravated or enlarged prostate

I get up at least once a night to piss

I piss all the time, I get up pretty much once a night as well, I drink a lot of coffee though so that may play a big factor in it

Yes every night without fail, at least once more often twice. Its annoying...I have a wimpy bladder

I've always had bladder issues, if I have to go, I've gotta go right now. There's not much time to weight and if I hold it for too long, then I'm going every 20 minutes
