To bulk or not to bulk, that is the question...

Okay, really the question is "to bulk."

Providing I have my diet and training down, what kind of cycle would you suggest for maximum bulk and size? No wrong answers here, so I welcome all suggestions. For those who know me, I'm an extreme hardgainer, and it has taken me years just to get where I am. I'd like to cut that time period down and actually break 220.

Some things I know about how I respond:

I respond very well to tren a and tren e, and it makes me completely lean out and get stronger though it doesn't seem to put on a lot of size for me. 300mg/week split to 3 times per week seems to be optimal for me, but if I really want to bulk, should I even include this?

I have run winny before, seemed to help me gain a little, but made my joints very sore after a couple of weeks.

Test prop/cyp/ethanate are all very good for me, and I seem to need a high dosage even for HRT. Highest dose I've done for a cycle is 2g/week for about 8 weeks. I respond well to sustanon due to the short and long esters.

Deca I seem to respond well to although without water retention. Joints always feel much better on it. Highest I've done of this is 400mg/week.

Dbol/Anadrol I don't seem to get much out of those. Dbol gives me an awesome pump in the gym, but I've never experienced the 10-15 lb gain in two weeks like other users have reported, same with anadrol. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly. I usually only took it in the morning, up to as high as 80mg when I did a 4-week cycle. I've been hearing that maybe it's better to take throughout the day. I'm thinking that it would be good to include, but I need input on how to use it right. I seem to be able to tolerate orals very well, so maybe I'm actually still not using enough for my body.

So what would be the best bulking cycle to add maximum size and bulk for my body type?

(Of course all this is hypothetical so go at it!)

What works great for me is 1ml Sust, 1ml Tren, and 1ml of Deca EOD and IGF pre workout. The biggest thing is to pack down alot of quality calories consistently and lift progressively heavier. It sounds basic, but the eating is by far the most important part.

What is the total dosage of those components that you get per week?

Diet is certainly the biggest thing, and I'm working on that, but aside, I'm looking to find out what kind of cycle would pack on the most size and mass if I have that in check.

Do you find that you gain weight and size consistently when using those compounds as long as you are getting the calories/protein?
 
I agree with dude. The hardest part for me is the eating. If I eat beef and quality food every day, then i gain like crazy. After a while, I just get tired of eating. My damn jaw even gets sore. I saw a spread in a mag withphil heath. Showing him eat steak every 2-3 hours or something. I thought, no fucking way. Dude, how do you eat?

That cycle works wonders for me. I also eat nothing but meat. Lean ground beef, chicken, fish, etc every 2 hours or so along with 700g carbs and a fair amount of fat. All meat though.
 
saudes-- I think you and I have similiar body types. Big top but huge problem with legs. When I started doing more VOLUME on legs and I bought a saftey squat bar, it made doing squats much better. My top grew even more. Dude is right,.. Also i got those round tube like lean ground frozen beef packs at Costco. I would thaw 1lb per day. Sometimes 2 lbs and make sure I get that dawn with plenty of seasoning per day. I need a ton of carbs and still have abs. Problem now is that my soon to be ex is got me back in court, so my trianing/diet is shit. Man when the bitch left me alone, I was gaining mad weight/strength. Food (consistancy). Give up sex over missing a meal bro!!!!
 
i agree with the high carbs....... white rice and pasta would pack the size on your hardgaining ass lol.

if i were just consurned with just gaining, id hit nothing but test enanthate 1500mg, eq 400mg, deca 400mg.
creatine @ 20g per day, and 3 weight gainer shakes.
woo damn i can feel my face getting huge just speaking of that type of regimine lol.

but thats my opinion, good luck on the bulk brotha.
 
high doses of test, hgh, and slin and maybe an oral

test E or C 1000mg per week
anadrol or dbol 50-100mg per day
hgh 10 iu's ED (split into two or three doses)
insulin (morining meal 5-10iu's and post or pre workout 5-10iu's)
 
omnidren 1250mg ew
deca 600mg ew
adrol 50-100mg ed
insulin 20 iu ed split up 10 am 10 pwo
hgh 4iu's ed

lots of good carbs and 2g protein per lb body weight

What are you / were you using and let's go from there. You don't need to make a huge jump. Gains are slow, so should your dosage progression and drugs used.
 
Actually I'm just finishing a cycle this week, and I'm planning for the next one in a while. I've done a couple of heavy cycles. Last December I finished a cycle of 1.5-2g/week test, 300mg/week eod of tren ace so I'm not a stranger to high doses. This one was more moderate—12 weeks, 800mg/week test, 100mg/week deca (just for the benefits to the joints), 300mg/week eod tren ace, 40mg/day dbol until it was gone. I've been using insulin since January because I'm on it medically now so that in of itself has helped immensely, dosage given by the doc is 7iu 3 times/day of Humalog with my main meals.

What I find is that the tren is so powerful, that though I gain lean muscle, I lose all fat and my weight actually goes down a little instead of going up—but I do gain some size. I was 217 at my heaviest before this cycleI have had a lot of trouble with getting the right amount of calories in the past, but I think I may have that part finally worked out now having learned a lot from this cycle with the help of a good buddy who I finally got to join the board. So I wanted to find out what some of you other guys use to bulk because with the diet worked out, I want to build maximum bulk.
 
Those are pretty heavy and you're already using alot of Humalog. What's your HRT dose? In all honesty I would lower your doses on cycles and make them damn near continuous since you're already on HRT (that's what I do) and try to eat at least 2 1/2 - 3lbs of meat a day. Also don't be shy on the other stuff like lasagna, subs, good high calorie foods. You're in great shape so loosen in up a bit. Depending on your bodytype, you may need GH if you really want to gain as you've already topped out on AAS IMO.
