Okay, really the question is "to bulk."
Providing I have my diet and training down, what kind of cycle would you suggest for maximum bulk and size? No wrong answers here, so I welcome all suggestions. For those who know me, I'm an extreme hardgainer, and it has taken me years just to get where I am. I'd like to cut that time period down and actually break 220.
Some things I know about how I respond:
I respond very well to tren a and tren e, and it makes me completely lean out and get stronger though it doesn't seem to put on a lot of size for me. 300mg/week split to 3 times per week seems to be optimal for me, but if I really want to bulk, should I even include this?
I have run winny before, seemed to help me gain a little, but made my joints very sore after a couple of weeks.
Test prop/cyp/ethanate are all very good for me, and I seem to need a high dosage even for HRT. Highest dose I've done for a cycle is 2g/week for about 8 weeks. I respond well to sustanon due to the short and long esters.
Deca I seem to respond well to although without water retention. Joints always feel much better on it. Highest I've done of this is 400mg/week.
Dbol/Anadrol I don't seem to get much out of those. Dbol gives me an awesome pump in the gym, but I've never experienced the 10-15 lb gain in two weeks like other users have reported, same with anadrol. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly. I usually only took it in the morning, up to as high as 80mg when I did a 4-week cycle. I've been hearing that maybe it's better to take throughout the day. I'm thinking that it would be good to include, but I need input on how to use it right. I seem to be able to tolerate orals very well, so maybe I'm actually still not using enough for my body.
So what would be the best bulking cycle to add maximum size and bulk for my body type?
