I've been away for the past 2 weeks due to the fact that me and my gf broke up and she has basically everything. I don't have a computer yet so that's why I haven't been on here, she kept the laptop, the apartment and most everything in it for now. It's just been a mess on me physically and mentally since we were together for over 3 years and basically shared everything. We're on speaking terms which is good, not sure if things are going to work out or not, but on to the main point....
Over this time, I've managed to lose 10 pounds which is terrible because I was light already, but I have some how maintained all my strength and just look show ready basically. I did deads yesterday and I pulled 445 pretty easy, just locked out slow, but still got it. I benched 245 for 5 reps the other day, squatting 315 for 8 clean reps to around parallel. I was asked by a powerlifter the other day to do a show around Labor Day because the federation (USPF) hasn't had any raw lifts in the state and he wants me to come down and set some records so there's something on the books. I don't know if I want to do it, but I guess it'd be cool just to put up a number and then have people shoot for the number. I swore I'd never powerlift again after I broke my arm from it, but now he has me wondering what I should do. I do plan on doing a show in May (NPC Pittsburgh). I may just do both, I guess it won't hurt anything except maybe my joints...
