its summer and im not gonna lie since im not training for a show ive been having a drink or two on the weekend. i really like the new Jack and Honey. I usually do not like wiskey but damn this stuff is good.

the drinking has not effect my gains or strength in the gym at all...

I dont see you throwing around the 150's anymore on bench, last I checked you only went up to the 140's. Stop drinking

Nah not for the average gym rat, but if your an elite bodybuilder athlete ect then yeah a couple or few drinks every weekend might not be such a great idea, atleast thats my take and opion on it, maybe im way off who knows
