Lately it has been cereal, either honey nut cheerios or crunch berries. Before that it was skippy natural and honey. Last night I woke up twice first time was cereal second was a shake.

I wake up for work at 3 am and will immediately make a protein shake and drink some coffee then at about 430 or 5 I'm eating chicken or whatever I took with me
