middle of the night eating

This time it was 2 chocolate rice cakes with natural peanut butter and then some Nutella on top.... yum!!
 
i did a roast beef turkey sand with mustard on whole wheat and some pork skins with diet cherry limeade
 
Lately it has been cereal, either honey nut cheerios or crunch berries. Before that it was skippy natural and honey. Last night I woke up twice first time was cereal second was a shake.
 
At my tender age :), I get up every few hrs to pee....but almost always I head for the fridge and down a protein shake made w/water.
 
Monday through Friday I will dig into my tupperware of grilled chicken breasts...Most common weekend cheat cooked oats with protein and cinnamon for the late night snack
 
I wake up for work at 3 am and will immediately make a protein shake and drink some coffee then at about 430 or 5 I'm eating chicken or whatever I took with me
