hes 5'9 probably about 240 off season and he won the light heavy open to qualify for nationals.

Wish my friend woud get into AS already hes maxxed out and has been around the same strength for two years now, he pretty much works out to keep his natural size up... he played d-line on my high-school team and was a maniac, im trying to show him he can look a lot better like your boy all cut up if he just takes AS already!

yes him and his crew are serious when it comes to conditioning and he is very serious about the sport.

yeah he's been lifting wieghts since before anyone of us were even thinking of lifting, and i started lifting wayyy back when i first started highschool.. and yeah i think he'd be the size of a mack truck on em lol, hes got one of them power lifting builds, hes more interested in power lifting than body building anyway... theBIGness friend is insanely shredded and im tryna show him he can still get shredded or keep getting bigger just gotta take the right stuff
