After researching post-vs-pre I opted for pre because of the active time of the slin. I workout for 1.5+ hrs and that leaves me little time to get home and get my next meal before my 2nd spike then 2 more hours and I'm in the clear. Felt like post didnt fit my schedule and I had to stay awake 4-5hrs after my evening workout got me to bed late.

And you're able to work out hard without going hypo? That's the thing that scares me.
I used it pre workout along with oatmeal then carbo forces before workout and the pumps were insane however I wasn't strict with my diet and put on fat so I stopped using it lol

when are you taking the GH upon waking or pre wo also?
I use 9iu of Humalin R in the morning and another 9 post workout. My diet is spot on now and I'm in the best shape I've ever been at this weight. My strength is at an all time high. I've gained less fat than I normally would in the offseason and more muscle. I love it. It's all about finding a balance and strict meal plan. I'm using IGF pre workout. I'm much thicker and literally get a pump brushing my teeth or taking out the trash.
