Insulin preworkout vs. postworkout

Been reading up on this, and seems the preworkout method is the best. Anyone try this?
 
I used it pre workout along with oatmeal then carbo forces before workout and the pumps were insane however I wasn't strict with my diet and put on fat so I stopped using it lol
 
I'm on Week 3. Doing 4IU GH and I worked my way up to 10iu pre wo with humalin-r. The pumps are crazy. I've noticed I picked up some unwanted weight too in the midsection but I'll worry about that later. I think that is from the excessive carbs. Dialing down the Karbolyn now. Arms definetly feel bigger.
After researching post-vs-pre I opted for pre because of the active time of the slin. I workout for 1.5+ hrs and that leaves me little time to get home and get my next meal before my 2nd spike then 2 more hours and I'm in the clear. Felt like post didnt fit my schedule and I had to stay awake 4-5hrs after my evening workout got me to bed late.

And you're able to work out hard without going hypo? That's the thing that scares me.
 
I'll be honest I'm terrified of this stuff mainly because I don't know much about it, plus I don't think I'm big enough to use it. I always considered it a supplement for the bigger guys

I've done all my normal workouts except Legs. I havent gone hypo once.
This is my first run with slin so I was scared shitless the first day, hell the first week!! I probably over did the carbs and thats what attributed to the fat gain. slowly lowering the carbs to find my sweet spot.
Looking to take at least 2-3 times a day. breakfast, mid day and pre-wo to see what my results are but need to get the timing down. Thats when I think I'll see greater returns.
 
I did it tonight. I used 3iu with 3 of my meals, then took 7iu pre-workout. Did legs. Didnt notice anything different as far as pumps. Will continue to do this for some time though and see how it goes.

How many ius did you use and how many carbs did you take in Presser?
 
You all use humalin-r, right? I may have to get some of that type. I'm currently prescribed humalog which is the fastest so that probably wouldn't work very well.

when are you taking the GH upon waking or pre wo also?
 
I have been using a lot of slin but only pre-workout. I fing the residual results to be amazing. I use 4iu for small muscle groups and 7iu for large. I make sure my breakfast and mid-morning meals are high in carbs and that I have 60grams matlo/dextrose in with creatine/glut/bcaa/whey and sip on it while working out. I have many times got this wrong bc during the workout if you begin to sweat a lot and get week and feel a little tired,.. You know your going mild hypoglycemic. Take a HUGE swig of the drink and take a 5 min break. If you get enough in, then resume the workout. If your doing reps in the range of 10 or more on some sets, Ive noticed a great pump. The residual FOR ME comes with repeated use. My muscles feel MUCH, MUCH fuller,.. like being on IGF,. The muscles or tight and full. I also use metformin with large carb meals on days I dont workout. Use Novolog and dont use more than pre-workout until you learn your body and how it affects it. We are all different.

I've gained less fat than I normally would in the offseason and more muscle. I love it. It's all about finding a balance and strict meal plan. I'm using IGF pre workout. I'm much thicker and literally get a pump brushing my teeth or taking out the trash.

Question guys!, I'm doing 4 ius of human r insulin if I'm correct your body technically does not need 10g of carbs per iu. I started at 8then 6g post work out I would have my protein drink 60g protein creatine glutamine and my karbolyn. Felt great took few sipps before injection then downed it 2hrs later I had my ground turkey 40g carbs.. Now my question is you aren't suppose to have any fats, 2hrs before or after injection.. Next question say I do, 6ius next round can I do that in one injection and if not split it 2 injection would I have to have a protein simple sugar mix or ur regular complex carbs chicken n brown rice or something... Also how long to wait to do the 2nd injection if I can do 6 in one shot I'd be a happy camper just would do 8g carbs per iu n bring like 12oz orange juice just in case Ty for your reply everyone
