Does anyone do these on a regular basis? I do them on occasion, but not every week, maybe once every 3 weeks and love them. They kill my hams, but I still like Romanians for hams as my favorite lift

you use 225 with goodmornings??????? thats nuts, I do em occasionally I will basically do them one or two times than forget about them until someone mentions them and I will do em again. We have a machine for the lower back where u sit down strap in and lean back with pulley resistance, I like that much more

We have that same machine for hypers, I will use it on occasion, but prefer using free weights and a roman chair for hypers. Unless I do reverse hypers

Yea, they'll have some decent recipes in there from time to time. I remember reading it like 2 years ago and they had some good healthy recipes for Super Bowl Sunday, but I can't ever remember a single training article that was worth while
