pre or post workout

I have been really reading up on IGF and from what I have found des 2,3 is more spot specific and should be done pre-workout and lr3 is more bennificial post workout. What do you guys think about this???? I've only done des 2,3 so I really can't say yay or nay on this.
 
never did anything other then lr3 and i have used it post and pre and it worked great both ways, but i prefer it preworkout for sure!
 
I'd say pre workout, since your doing humalog post workout...its prob to much at once if you do both post workout
 
hows long u been running that Humalog bro and what has it done for you thus far?
 
I use the MC IGF pre workout and I love the pumps from it. I don't really seem to get much from it post

Been on it for about a week, and I'm already lookn way fuller and grainy as shit. I'm 205 but I look like I'm 220. Loven this shit!!!!!
 
u think the slin made u look grainy bro? i def feel thicker from it bout two to three more weeks im goin to give the slin a break.

Nice! Stay strict though brutha, im sure you already know this, but even a little tiny bit of cheating will yield unwanted fat! I thought i could get away with a little cheating while running Humalin R and it was a huge mistake even though i knew better i just figured cause im naturaly a lean guy that i could get away with it, but i was way wrong,lmao
 
I have never did my post workout before .. So wat would you get out of it ???

The thing is that I have one big advantage over most everybody. I basicly do the most intense cardio you can do for at least 10 hours a day at my job. I pour steel and if you have never done it, you have no idea of the heat and the running back and fourth you do and deal with all day. It's a whole nother level of HELL!!!!!

I've never messed with it, but I can only imagine the heat that you're around
