what do you guys do for rear delts.. I was at gym the other day and I was looking at myself.. And my front delts are growing very well.. But it looks like my rear delts aren't going anywhere..

Bent over lateral raises.

lateral raises on the cables machine but with the cable behind my back. I seen jay cutler do these on you tube, They destroy my rear delts when i do them.

Bent over cable raises with the handles work well. I only do rear delt machine now per trainer. However my shoulders look good in the offseason, side delts and front delts, but cannot see my rear delts until I am dieted. Thought mine were really lacking but when my bodyfat is a little higher you just cannot see the cap from the back. I know when I compete you can see em but two weeks after a show, they're gone.

I only do the rear delt machine but my rear delts are a strong point so I don't have to train them as hard.

Wat are Yates rows bro ?[/QU

they are like bent over rows with slight diff.

1) grab the bar with an underhand grip (this puts your biceps in the strongest position)
2)stand up such as a deadlift style
3)slighty bend over roughly 155 degree angle
4)do the rowing motion to the hip or slightly above (keep your head up)
5)slow negative

this will hit your lower lats, rear delts and the tie in to the rear delts and lats

go to youtube and type in Dorian Yates- training back- Blood and Guts

I do cobra crossovers, BO rear lat raises, and reverse pec deck. I'll also do face pulls on the lat pulldown machine
