I have been hitting arms twice a week, a combo of heavy low reps then doing higher reps with pump sets...and the plan is working...arms are up to 19 3/4 cold now, up a almost a half inch from the first of the year. Im pretty happy with that, and now its just 1/4 of the way to a full true cold 20 inch arms...
also, (this is just a rant) Im tired of hearing guys in the gym saying there arms are 19 inchs or whatever...They have no clue what a true 18-19 inch arm in shape really looks like. Midwest Muscle has 20 inch arms and they are freaking huge !!! Mine are almost 20 and they look alot bigger than most guys who say they have 19 inch arms...I just think its funny, but it gets old hearing it...
