I posted these in my log to but not sure how many people are reading it so I will post them here too. 11 1/2 weeks out, taken this morning, 244lbs. Im very happy with my back side but i have that damn tire around the my lower abs. I am going to start hitting abs a lot harder starting today, I don't think Ive hit them enough and I want to be sure they are crisp come Sept! all critiques welcome.

Haha thx! I wish it was that nice. I went to the gym this morning and took them there.

Thx nkuz. Spent alot time and effort with deads and rows. Hoping it will only get better as time goes on.
 
Looking good, Bell! Nice and thick. Calves are looking GREAT in that back double bicep shot. Back/delts/arms look nice and thick, too. I think that back double bicep shot would look even better if your were leaning back more, put the elbows up a bit and rotated your forearms back even more. PLENTY of time to get ready. Cant wait to see the final product! Great job so far.
 
Lookn good bro. legs look great and will carve up nicely. Back is prob your best body part. Arms look good. Jus really focus on abb training, diet and cardio. I would honestly recomend doing cardio twice a day. I love doing twice a day pre-contest. And remember to squeeze your hams and glutes on every step. This will really bring out detail in those very important areas....

Thanks for the tips, I've got to get my buddy who is a master poser and get him to run me through the poses several times a week and then do them on my own every day for 10-15 minutes.

thanks zues, I will probably start two cardio sessions a day around week 9, I do whatever Guy tells me to do. I am doing it on a treadmill on an extremely high incline which fries my glutes!

Your calves are insane. I'd be happy if mine were half that size or shape, I'd take either one

Yeah they are! it looks like an Iron sticking out of them.

Thx guys. I hit them pretty hard but I think most of their growth comes from 20 years of playing basketball. My sr year of college I measured a 42 in vertical. Too bad I could never knock down a damn jump shot!
