Well here starts my log for the ironman in chicago on november 3rd. Should be a great show. Def be some good competition there so my a game is gna have be brought to place well. With chris's help and a better game plan, Im expecting to do very well. I will post my starting diet and all the supps I will be on as soon as I can. Should be a fun ride that I want to share with all my bro's and sis's on MC. Starting pics will also be posted hopefully tomorrow as long as my junk ass computer will allow me to even get on the web!!!!!
 
This is a much shorter prep for Zeus than normal, last year I think he started at 14 weeks out, but his conditioning was worse than it is now. His weight is lighter this year, but he is really good conditioning for 10 weeks out...
 
Ok guys and gals here is my starting diet and sup regimin.

Meal 1- 6 egg whites and 3 whole eggs

Meal 2- 2 soops of whey 50 grams of carbs from oats 1 tbsp peanut butter

Meal 3- 8oz. chicken,turkey breast, or fish
1 cup white rice (measured cooked)

Meal 4- repeat of meal 2

pre-workout= BCAA 10-20 grams, plus pre-wokout stim

Meal 5- post workout
2 scp. whey
75 grams of waxy maize

Meal 6- 8oz sirloin
1 cup of white rice

Meal 7- 2 scp casien
1 tbsp peanut butter
or
6 egg whites and 3 whole eggs

1 gallon of wtaer daily
for 10 to 5 weeks out

Test cyp- 750mg/week
Test pro- 100mg eod
Eq- 600/week
hgh 4-5 iu's a day once I get it
IGF 100 mcg pre-workout once I get it
Insulin 10iu's post wrokout only!!!!

I'll get my kits with in the week and IGF hopefully very soon. Will poet pics this week. Started at 207lbs and am at 202 as of today....
 
Come everyone. No comments or suggestions???? I'm really busting my ass for this show and plan not only represnting myself, but the MC family. I may only be starting to get my feet wet, but I accept no excuses for failure. Only thing I can do is bring the best package I can and I will.

Oh yeah!!!! Will be adding Tren ace and masteron prob 5 to 6 weeks out. I'm actualy doing the Y3T program again since the intensity and the great gains of lean muscle I gainned. I tend to grow into a show. Not to mention it's also a great cardio type program so I can get done faster and do my nite cardio sesion since I get up at 2:30 am to work. Of course I will re-arrange what I need to as the diet gets more intense....
 
I'm excited to see what happens this year because you looked good last year so I know you'll be better this year. Have you been running insulin the entire off season?
 
Looks good bro. 1 question, is running GH going to be worth it though since your only going to use it for 9 weeks? I always thought it was only worth if you were running all the time or at the very least 16 weeks. Just curious. Looking forward to the pics

Gh hits me very fast. my last prep you could see a big diff in about a week and a half to 2 week. I'm this way with everything. Cyp hits me the first week I start for example. Got a couple of teaser pics I'll post later.
 
Ok here are some pics I took today. All in all I'm happy with where I'm at at this point. Will post better pics when chris and I meet up...

Im trying to keep him full in this prep...I feel like without it, he will lose to much to fast...I might cut it out around 3-4 weeks out, but for now I want to keep it in...

also the first meal should have 1 cup oatmeal with the eggs...

tren ace and masteron will be added in around 6 weeks out...prob cut test cyp at 4 weeks out, leave test prop in to about 10 days out....I might add in some winny tabs the final few weeks to...just see how it plays out...

this is a very short prep. so there is no time to screw up or mess around...everything has to be on point.

That def sounds like a plan bro. We might be moving to Iowa next year sometime so sportworx here I come!!!!! I forgot to put the oats, but I always have oats for Bfast. I litteraly feel like shit if I don't. My arms look smooth because I was in the middle of arm day but damn they looked thick and veiny today!!!!! I am weighing all my portions and taking this super serious!!!! This show is my main priority and my focus is dead on. My legs and back have made some very good improvements. I know the ironman is going to be tough show and I welcome the challenge.
