I'm posting this up for a new member so he'll get a lot more feedback. Here's the information...
I have been needing some questions answered for awhile now and you seem to have some knowledge that may help. I am 39 and last November I started on a challenge for myself I went on a clean diet and got serious about the gym. Went 100 days straight on diet and in gym. Lots of reps and cardio to tear down and shed body fat. Went from 240 sloppy to lean 188. About 3 months ago started on test cypionate 200 mg a week getting it legitimately from family doctor. i have crawled back up to 210 my bench has gone from 185 max to 275 I am seeing great results. At the start I did a 60 day cycle of ph then a couple months later started the test and now am on the home stretch to be in the best shape of my life by my 40th birthday on Jan 15th so I am back on clean diet day 2 and am getting ready to start ph cycle along with Compound 20 similar to Clenbuterol just doesn't give me the shakes like the Clenbuterol. So my supplements starting tomorrow will be as follows:
Pre workout ACG 3
Compound 20
Powerlab Halo test Platinum
Test Cyp 200 mg once a week
Power lab noestrogen
L- cysteine for liver protection
Mega men sport
The supplements I have chosen because mainly my budget.
This last 90 days I hope to cut down the fat I have gained during heavy lifting phase and at the same time try to keep strength and maybe continue to progressively gain mass
Currently lifting for an hour five days a week with 30 minutes of cardio after and then on off days doing just an hour of cardio
Not sure if too much cardio but I am not jogging just walking max speed of 4.5 mph varying between treadmill stair master and Prescor recumbent machine or bike
Just need some direction. Especially with PCT as I am on test continuously for low T
Not sure if and when to take PCT if technically I am always on test at least.
