I usually hit the gym 4-5 days a week. Im really trying to make my biceps grow and trying new things. Im thinking of doing some kind of bicep routine every day I work out for a month and see if I can see any changes. What do you guys do?
I think it's a GREAT idea for any lagging body part to be shocked into growth with multiple workouts, as well as changing weight and exercise to stimulate growth through taring up that muscle fiber!
I did that very same concept for my tris, every work-out day at the end was a tricep blast, they started growing. I changed it up from heavy low rep, to light high rep, didnt giv'em a chance to adapt.
