I have found that as you get older and take on more responsibilities, i.e, marriage, kids, working, running a business, financial responsiblities....the list goes on and on. Some folks just give up the gym by rationalizing that they have no time to work out anymore. However, its all about setting priorities, and getting into the gym for 4-5 hours a week is doable by anybody. I have been pushing weights for 35 years, and at times I get into a funk where I don't feel like working out. All it takes me to break out of my funk is to look around and see guys 10 years younger than me and they look like shit. That fuels me with the desire to get my ass into the gym and keep making improvements. Or at least keep what I have. Also, like mcgaret says, the older broads are impressed with an older guy who looks good....lol
