Well not really new Career from what I was doing, but new Career Job! Finally I will be getting hours , and I will need to incorporate and apply another aspect of healthcare into my job Start mid-month
They actually mostly pass meds at most places, I wont have any dirty work but will be doing something less than an RN as far as that aspect and an LPN is between a CNA and RN so that's why I put it at that level. It will all be outpatients
It's not like how it was 5 years ago actually. A lot less reimbursements and a lot less staff, a lot more employer power etc with a lot less opportunities unfortunately. I sacrificed so much that it would be ridiculous to get out of the field though
