to start. I'm only on 250mg a week of test. I've had my T3 levels and such checked and I'm right in the sweet spot. currently taking 250mcg synthroid daily as I don't have a thyroid anymore. I'm also on Nexium to get my acid reflux under control. which is working great. no more coughing and I'm much more "regular" now.
thing is I'm flat worn out and pretty sleepy all damn day. I've upped my food a bit starting with eating more in the am and my general eating is much better than it used to be. I'm talking fast food, fried stuff and buffets every meal. Haven't had anything fried since november. down about 10lbs as a result 215(5'10").
"pre-workout" drinks and energy drinks do nothing for me and B vitamins only make my pee glow.
any ideas on where I should start? I'd go to the Dr but I know she'd just say get off the test and I'll end up feeling worse for longer.
ask anything you want. I just wanted to get this out for consumption while I was thinking about it before I left the office. thx
