to start. I'm only on 250mg a week of test. I've had my T3 levels and such checked and I'm right in the sweet spot. currently taking 250mcg synthroid daily as I don't have a thyroid anymore. I'm also on Nexium to get my acid reflux under control. which is working great. no more coughing and I'm much more "regular" now.

thing is I'm flat worn out and pretty sleepy all damn day. I've upped my food a bit starting with eating more in the am and my general eating is much better than it used to be. I'm talking fast food, fried stuff and buffets every meal. Haven't had anything fried since november. down about 10lbs as a result 215(5'10").

"pre-workout" drinks and energy drinks do nothing for me and B vitamins only make my pee glow.

any ideas on where I should start? I'd go to the Dr but I know she'd just say get off the test and I'll end up feeling worse for longer.

ask anything you want. I just wanted to get this out for consumption while I was thinking about it before I left the office. thx

I get that way when I train heavy all the time. Your body needs more rest when pushing these heavy weights. It is stressful. So now I train heavy for 2 weeks then 1 week I use light weights and higher reps. One time I took the whole week off and felt stronger and more energized when I started again. Weight training is a very stressful type of exercise, especially when you get older. Teens and guys in their early 20's can do it but not as you get older.

Look into Provigil or Nuvigil. (Nuvigil being the newer version) I suffer from sleep apnea but it's not bad enough to require a CPAP machine, but it is bad enough to where it interrupts my sleep from time to time.
I started out on Nuvigil but have currently been taking Provigil (or the generic Modafinil) because it's less expensive and my insurance won't cover either so out of pocket expense can be steep.
This medication is amazing if you have sleep apnea or shift work sleep disorder. It's hard to describe this stuff, but I can assure you, if you often feel tired or drained during the day and there are times where you simply struggle to keep your eyes open, this is the shit. It doesn't give you a wired jittery buzzed feeling like say Adderall or Ritalan, but it will keep you awake like nothing you've ever taken. It's not habit forming, so you can stop taking it at anytime without going into withdrawals or feeling like complete shit for days on end.
I suppose it could be if you have an addictive personality (as with any drug), but with most things in life, "moderation is key". Of course with any stimulant, if you've taken it everyday for more than a few weeks and just stop, you will feel a bit tired the next day or two until it's completely out of your system, but there are no withdrawals.
Personally, I only take it "as needed" and usually I only take a half a pill (my script is 200mg, which is the smallest dose) at a time and honestly, that's all you need. As with anything, you CAN build up a tolerance and require more to get the same effect, but I only take it as needed, and often go weeks without it.
Being in a managerial position where I work, I can't afford to be dragging ass, or, at the other end of the spectrum, wired or jittery. This medication keeps you totally alert and awake without all the negative effects you usually experience from other stimulant based products.

Look into it when you get a chance and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. I'll do my best to answer any questions I can about this medication. This stuff really is THAT amazing.

could be. I've sorta strayed from alternating heavy and light weeks.
Have you ever had any blood sugar issues brother??
yeah, just got checked for diabetes just in case and I'm good. I don't consume much sugar anyways.

I don't know if I have sleep apena never thought to check. but I do work like a damn dog. I've got a 6-4 job during the week and I'm partner in a restaurant that keeps me pretty busy during the weekend. Fridays are rough. I wake up at 5:30 and don't get home until about 2am.
I'm definatlly going to look into these a little bit and ask my Dr. I've been thinking I've just been spread to thin for to long but stopping isn't really an option.
How long has this been going on can you narrow down when the lethargy started?

tough to say. I I think it could be related to my prolactin levels. I only say this because I hit a damn wall when I tried that Caber. I want to say that was mid February and I felt the same way about 2 weeks into my PCT. That was a short time after march 12. it took about 2 weeks for me to feel better after stopping the Caber. of course then I started PCT and it was right back to blah.

I wonder if it could be from the missing all the calories that I'm not getting from all the junk food I used to eat.

Yeah, I racked my brain for years and tried everything from dietary changes to sleep supplements, nothing worked for me. Of course everyone is different, but when I came across this stuff and it was a real life saver. Good luck echo & let us know how you make out.

been doing 1cc of test enth 250 twice a week for about 3 weeks now and I'm still dragging ass. sorta felt good saturday but that was short lived. I'm wondering if I should go to the dr. I know if I do she's just going to tell me to get off the test and I'm going to feel even worse for how ever long after that. which is why I don't think this is test related at all.

I ran into something similar when I was doing TRT through a clinic. I was doing sort of blast and cruise so I was always on at least 200 mg/w of test. I got my bloods done and my red cells were high. When the red cells get high it's harder for the blood to pump around and can make you lethargic. i learned to give blood intermittently and take 3-4 weeks off test to keep the red cells close to normal range.

I've been experiencing some dizziness when I bend over. hell it got so bad one night when I just rolled over in bed that I would have called someone if I could have stood up. I wonder if that's related
