Any one here grapple?
Any supplements you would recommend?
I want to start doing a little bit of yoga to gain some flexibility back so no one murders my shoulders and you just need over all flexibility to do this and progress, I already had to take a muscle relaxer today due to my neck and mid-upper back tightness right on the spine and I am going shortly so hopefully it helps loosen that up.

I just recently started grappling. I'm not a spring chicken at 36 and 800mg of ibuprofen helps a lot.

I take MSM, Glucosamine and Chondroitin just my joints. Warm up good before and make sure you're stretched out. Like you said Yoga will help. I recently discovered Yoga and it was one of the hardest workouts I've ever had. I was sore for 5 days.

Ugh nothing really helps anymore. I did from 9 to 45 pretty hard. Now only off and on. if it's just muscle tightness and mild joint soreness eventually your body hardens and adapts. If it's arthritic then all you can do is use the usual NSAIDs and stretch a lot. Stretch a lot anyways. That helped me probably the most over the years. Another thing is higher amounts of gear seem to make it worse. Low gear works better.

Ditto man, yoga is mentally tiring some how, it's not like you can't do one more rep with weights, for me its just a feeling of my body plain doesn't want to do it.
