Ready for a good cheat meal, been dieting pretty good for about a month now, have had a few small cheats on Saturdays, I'm starting to plateau a little as we can all feel sometimes when dieting. So I am going to have a pretty good meal tonight. My choice?
Homemade Buffalo Wild Wings, ever since I started making these I never go back to eat there anymore.
Super easy, going to buy 2 bottles of their sauce
take a bag of chicken breasts and thaw, then cut into little 1 inch approx cubes.
in one bowl
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder, love garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
In another bowI
2 eggs beat up in bowl, with half or full cup of milk
dredge chicken in eggwash, then flour, shake and repeat so you have done 2 full times in eggwash and in flour mixture.
Drop in your frydaddy, pan full of vegetable/canola/peanut oil depending on preference and cook till golden brown. 375 degrees on the oil seems ideal.
Throw you a good portion of the sauce in a big metal mixing bowl and toss until thoroughly coated and let it sit for a minute or two to cool and soak in the goodness. Dump on a plate full of homeade fries or sweet potato fries and holy shit. Tender juicy chicken every time.
The cost per chicken wing is way cheaper too, the sauce is about 3 bucks a bottle, bag of chicken is about 8 bucks, and flour and everything else I normally have lying around.
Ill try to remember to throw up some finished pics tonight
