Split for 6 days a week?

Hi,

Does anyone train 6x week ( i mean with one day OFF, very often Sunday i think :-D )? If yes, how Your split look like?
 
I use to when i was younger bro, but over the years and in my experience the best split is saturday, sunday and wednesday off from gym. Its a 2 on, 1 off, 20n, 2 off split and gives your body ample rest to grow. Remember you grow during your resting days, and when you train your taring muscle fibers, so you need that time off for rest, repair, recuperate then restart!

Btw, is it good BF% level to start add slow lean mass?

damn bro you need a box of bandaids for all those cuts! NICE!

And i would not do legs the day before chest, mainly cause its hard to pull the blood up to your chest from your legs which you just did the day prior and they'll likely be swollen/pumped with blood for a day or so, so i would not do legs the day before chest, I would put a smaller body parts in-between the larger ones. Thats just me though

I do a similar routine

Chest/Biceps
Legs with Squats
Off-cardio
Shoulder/Triceps
Back/Traps & rear delts with Deadlifts
Off-cardio
off

My leg day and back day are such more taxing than the days before them....

I tried it with the days swapped but my energy levels feel better this way on the Chest/Bis and Shoulder/Tris days than they do the day after heavy compound lifts. Plus I thought I read somewhere that Dead lifts and Squats help release/activate testosterone an actual scientific study not just broscience. This next part is broscience but I figured that the since my Chest/bis would be in recovery mode already that maybe the squats releasing/activating the testosterone would help them grow more. Same thing for shoulders/triceps reaping the reward of Deadlifts releasing/activating more testosterone. If I can find the link I will post it asap.

I sort of based my routine off the various Dorian Yates routines... Blood and Guts the video series, he made some new ones where he is actually training clients which are pretty good too...

are those days off wednesday and sat and sunday? i use to do that routine

For the most part the lifting days are M,T,Th,Fri.
Sometimes the week starts or ends Saturday and/or Sunday... When it isn't Football season and I like to lift on the weekend when the gym has the least people. Especially right after the Super Bowl through Memorial Day about the time year it is busiest during the week.
 
What is your routine now?

Whenever i can get into the gym is my routine now lol, I have newborn twins , well they're 16 months old, and a lot going on with personal shit, so i font have a routine now, but i use to love that split you listed!
