Best SmartPhone out now?

I've had 2 iPhones. Now I have a 4S. The battery life sucks and I'm out of contract. I'm also paying over $220 a month for the family plan Silk and I share. We've got unlimited messaging and minutes and 12gigs of data. Maybe more. I have to check.
I'm really liking the new Samsung S5. We don't have tablets although we want one. We're also in need of a new laptop. iTunes is a pain in the ass and it's expensive. It seems like the Android phones can do more on the internet without being restricted by Apple garbage. I also want as big of a screen as possible.
Please share any and all experience and advice

i am going to get the new iPhone 6, not the 6+ but just the new 6, its perfect, much bigger then my 4s i have now and yes my family billing is 278$ every fucking month for 2 iPhones an iPad and galaxy tab, sucks balls!

I'm going to check out the new galaxy note... It looks pretty Badass from everything I've read, and my sister and brother in law have it and love the hell out of it. They both were iPhone people until they got their notes. They said they'll never go back to an iPhone again. My girl has the s4 active and that phone is Badass too. I was going to get the s5, but first I want to check out the new note.

Verizon offered to give me $200 credit for my old 4S and $200 purchase price for the S5. I'm pretty happy. It will only cost the $30 "upgrade fee". Silk may go for the IPhone 6. Same deal. The 5S has fe highest resolution and fastest processor of any phone out from what I've read. I can also program it to run the TV That will be funny shit

i was gonna head over to the AT&T store this evening, but don't wanna waste a trip if they don't have the new iPhone 6, I still have the 4s, and wife has 5s, so its my turn to get a new one lol,

I was gonna switch over the Samsung cause i like the size, but iPhone came out with the bigger iPhone 6 just in time!

The commercial that shows all the "new rave “ technology on the iPhone 6 was technology that Samsung was using in 2012 nave me realize my phone could do things that I didn't know! Lol

Man I got the S5 and it's awesome. I'm still getting it set up, but it's amazing. Super fast and it can do so much. The screen resolution is amazing. They didn't get any iPhone 6's so Silk is having to wait. This is exactly what I was hoping for

The worst part about getting a new phone is getting all your passwords and everything saved back in. I don't remember half of my passwords to sites because my phone saved them for me. Lol

Try the Apple store before you hit the carriers.
They update their inventory in the evening, so you can reserve one for the nest day if they have it.
I have a 6+ and it is the best phone I have had.
No bending or any of that crap- what is being found out is that Samsung paid people to post crap about the new IP6 and IP6+.
I would suggest whichever IP you get , to get a case- the aluminum makes it slippery to hold and you don't want to drop it.
And I can fit the IP6+ in my front shirt pocket or in my jeans back pocket..
