It feels real good to be back, and start growing and making some great gains again. This log is helping me. Thanks man. The trick is make your plans public. I've already made it public knowledge I plan to compete twice this year. And I'm Damn sure not going to be that guy that's all mouth with no ass. I will always do what I say I'm going too do. Trust me when that alarm goes off at 4 am if I'm asleep. Their are plenty of mornings I have to talk myself into going

Good Sunday morning got a decent arm workout in I cut it a little short lately I have had to many irons in the fire and my wife has paid for that. Not cool. Cause if you have heard anything I've talked about sh is my everything. So I will put a little more focus where it should be and the rest will fall into place.

Thanks brother. My strength keeps climbing but my right side is still a little behind. If anyone has thoughts or opinions on how to even things out. Cause I think both sides are growing. So not sure how the right would catch up.

Great chest session this morning. Getting strong fast. I know their not big numbers compared to where I was once but I believe I'm going to get back faster than anyone thought I would besides me. To all those who said I was through. Ha ha ha. They weren't her on the sit just people in general.
