In your log it looks like you hit pec Dec for 3 different groups of sets, what’s the reasoning behind this? Is it diff angles/variations each time?? Killer workout though bro

i usually start on the peck deck to get warmed up due to the controlled stretch and contractions and finish on bent over cable flies but someone was on the cables for 2 hours with no sign of moving lol

today felt pretty good overall. my energy was decent throughout the day, mood was stable, and appetite is strong.

leg day went great! my lifts were strong, endurance was high, and the pump was crazy!
