It sucks getting old. I still have some abdominal & back fat to get rid of. Loose skin around navel is awful, but I’m doing it! Just getting back onstage at 58 is enough. My warmup show is in 4 weeks and it’s 8 weeks to the Rhode Island’s.

That gives you something fun to look forward to. @ChuckaZulu67 and yes it does kind of suck to get old but you're getting wiser. Look at it that way.

@ChuckaZulu67 don't be so hard on yourself man. I think you look great. The thing is when you get older, recovery is what suffers.
 
I dropped my carbs, increased my protein, and gained 2 pounds this week. I haven't lost much if any strength but fatigue a bit quicker. I feel great otherwise. I'll get some new pics with better lighting.
