So blood sugar was 273 this morning. All the medicine that I’m on for this Covid cough is really driving my blood sugar up. I’m trying to increase a fat drop the carbs to mitigate the issue.
Been getting some decent workouts in just have to stay cool and keep the coughing at bay.
Bad news, docs have told me that I have to stop training until this deal with my lungs are healed. So I am going to try and drop body fat and just lean out. This sucks!
why stop training? whats the issue with lungs?

Not getting enough oxygen when I train. Barely able to have enough oxygen just walk around right now. My right lung is on the verge of collapsing due to inflammation and irritation due to Covid.
All the meds that I am taking are running up my blood sugar

Mid 80’s hard to get it in the 90’s if I move around very much.
i would do more cardio and more walking to be real
That is my goal. Trying to get where I can walk back-and-forth to the mailbox without getting winded. I have never had lung issues before and this is the worst.

What really pisses me off as I was eating really well and I was doing my creatine and starting to fill out again and then this crap start roaring back. I may be down guys, but I’m not out.
Guys wanted to update everyone. Apparently I was close to dying and didn’t know it. I have bacterial pneumonia, the same thing that killed Kyle Bush. Once they figured this out, they put me on some extremely strong medication that worked. I am starting to feel better but still have a long road ahead. But I plan on coming back strong as soon as I am able!
