    A buddy of mine had that problem once...he was making out with this girl all night long and finally he just asked her casually "so, how old are you you???" and she replied 16!!!! He just got up and walked away without saying a word....

    Newbie!!!

    So I read in this book today (Ironman's guide to bodybuilding nutrition) of a diet where you cut carbs during the week and then overload them on the weekends. Suppose to do wonders for hard lean gains. Tell me what ya think, Im thinking about trying it!!!
