I go to the gym 3-5 times a week and train one body part per day. If there are 4 weeks in a month I am only doing it 4 times in a month. I dont think I will see any improvement for years. This is why I am trying to add some push up before bedtime. I started doing push up in oct and my deadline...
I want to start doing basic push up before bed time. I will start off by doing 75 a night. What are some variations I can do to hit lower and upper chest?
When I'm pumped I got 2 veins on each arm that rules all the way to my chest. It's kinda sick. I got the Batista look going on. I wish there were more veins poppin.
I did chest yesterday and I did dips as a warm up. I then hit flat bench, db press, cable flyes, iso machines and finish up with db flyes. I read some where Arnold use to finish his routine with flyes to help the chest to expand.
Great post. My weak muscle has always been my chest. I tend to train chest on friday and saturday. No matter how much I lift with different reps/sets/push up I never see progress. I am going to pump up my chest routine earlier in the week and see if that helps.

I try to do 6 days...On sunday the damm tow truckings driving up and down my block looking to tow your car away where my gym is located. :uhoh:
The only Options I see is "Edit Options" on the left side. When I click on "Edit Options"...i do not see any settings that says unsubscribe from receiving emails.
