It's difficult to bulk and cut to the extreme. Try cycling carbs, e.g load up on carb 1 day, then keto the next 2-3 days, then load carb 1 day and so forth. make sure protein is 400-500g a day.
I would recommend an 8 week cycle instead of 6 week
