    Chest & shoulder 3 times a day? That's an overkill unless if you're on DC training. Your muscle need time to rest and grow. If you don't let your muscle to rest, they won't contribute to strength 100%. Up the protein but if your gaining weight and not strength, that' might not be the problem...
