A lot of people like his method and swear by it on another board. I don't think I'm comfortable doing his routine. As good as it sounds, that training will most likely to cause injury. I kind of change his mehod to suit my liking.
I started his method 8 weeks ago and yes it is working. The further into it I got the more intense it was. So far I am pleased with the results. I will probably continue on his training for another cycle or two and then switch up to some GVT.
