3 day split

once I get into the next program at school, maybe in 2013 I will most likely have to go back to a 3 day split......
which do you guys think is best?
I have done back/bis than chest/tris, than shoulders/legs with abs throughout but whats the best that works for you?

that sounds like a good plan right there bro, i might throw shoulders in with back and biceps , and do legs alone cause hitting all of your legs is like two in one anyways

yeah thats true, it just gets real hard when you are doing fulltime work and school and a baby will be here too, so I hope I dont get to small or fat or both
 
yup alot of people dont have to figure out how to utilize all 24 hours as efficiently as possible though
 
You could always just throw rear delts in with back to halfway split shoulders up so like bis/back/rear delts, chest/tris/rest of delts and then legs/calves
