my stats are as follows:6ft 235lbs 16%bf age 25
my cycle is as follows:
wk1-4 d-bol 40mg/ed
wk1-16 test eth 750mg/wk
wk 1-15 tren eth 500mg/wk
wk 1-16 EQ 500mg/wk
wk 11-16 halo 20mg/ed
PCT is as follows: wks 18-20 nolva 20mg/ed, clomid 100mg/ed, hcg 500ius-wk 1-16, and eod until pct starts. should i use femera to control bloat?
i am going to eat 5000 caleries today,472g protein,250g carbs,150g fat. i am doing 30min cardio 3x week to minimize bf increase.
what should i do to keep gains besides pct, ie protien and calerie intake, i know i still have to train. how many caleries should i eat to maintain and how many grams of protien should i take in?
