222lbs, very first thing in the morning. No food, water, or pump. Things are looking on track.

Thank you Chris. I just got off the phone with my trainer, and he said the same thing. He is excited for me. Said I could have a cheat meal this weekend, and will talk again tomorrow to discuss things more in detail. Said he would up the carbs. Also says Im still ahead and right on track, wants my glutes to get more detailed, and I agree.
 
tricep thickness on the lat spread is sick, traps are out of site too, good luck

i would do the hands on your hips shot for your most muscular shot.

yes I agree with csuperman..hands on hip is best for you..im not a fan of crab mostmuscular. The hands on hip shows your overall shape, and more size and conditioning...

Peanut Butter Sandwich on wheat, Double Chessburger, Potato Salad, and a bag of Diritos. The peanut butter sandwich was the best. I toasted the bread first, then slapped on the PB...oh yeah! Stayed with just water to drink.
