actually i did not loose much muscle at all,
i kept eating around 300grmas of protein a day, and another 150 from protein shakes. Just cardio, am and pm first 4 weeks and hard diet , no cheating and bamm, fat melts away, and i was bloated as hell at 250, so the bloat is gone, skin is getting tighter, veinz coming out like crazy. I lost some size in legs , especially hamstrings, but guess that what happens when u are 6'0 tall, takes time to develop the thickness.
But for most part, and everyone who knows me or talked to me , dedication, get up 430 am, go to gym, cardio, then to work, then back to gym after work, and eat every 2-3 hrs, nasty dry chicken, and sweet potatoes, all damn day, tuna and oatmeal, and brown rice with fish. Nasty. But i did it and will still do it. I already told most people every time i drive by mcds. and taco bell i start shaking, that happend first 3 weeks. Right now almost week 6 done with dieting. Its not as bad now. Control is a lot better, my body is in rhythm sort of speak. When i was bulking i was at around 5000 cals a day with 400 protein and 700 carbs, then the diet i swithched to 2500-3000 cals, 450 protein and 150-200 carbs. See makes a big difference...
