In just 16 days. I am already down 10 pounds and have also abandoned the keto diet. Eating clean and changed workout programs. I will keep you guys updated.
 
still rockin out to guitar hero? what speed are you going on treadmill, ive been hitting 1hr a night at about 3mph and fat is coming off and im getting stronger also...

why did you abandon the keto diet brutha? not saying you shouldnt have im just curious why u did
 
;y energy levels were so horrible I could barely work out. I also forgot to mentiin I take sat ans sun off for cardio. I start at 3 and end up at 4.5 for a few minutes and drop it back down and start over. I am officially a beast on sf 4 and almost done with guitar hero on expert.
 
Yep make that 57 as of about fifteen minutes ago. 3 miles a day and I monitor my heartrate close. I stay at 130 or so.
 
holy shit, we're almost doing exactly the same thing. Right now im doing an hour of cardio, 130-135 bpm. I've found that Im able to do the weights now. Yesterday i was considering doing more cardio... another 1/2 hour??

legs are FRIED by friday. The idea of working legs is impossible. I feel that im going to completly lose my legs in order to drop 15% body fat.

Just like you, ive decided to take the weekends off from cardio.

Im getting good results
 
Nice job bro, keep it up. Norm - balancing cardio and leg workouts has always been hard for me, with all the running I find it really hard to even think about doing squats by the end of the week. I've tried reversing it but by the time I'm finished with a leg workout I can't even consider running for a few days. I'm trying to find the balance but it's tough!
 
yeah, i did this a couple years ago. to loose weight. Im still 100 lbs below what i used to squat.

Normal! squat on monday bro! Im noticing that my legs are starting to loose some size, been hitting them twice a week as heavy as i can, but the hrs of cardio is taking its toll also.
 
I hate running, so that's great to hear the progress you're making. I usually walk between 3.7 and 4.2 (depending on the incline) when I go on the dreaded treadmill... I wish I could get myself to do an hour everyday, but then again, my schedule is so crazy that I only have 90 minutes total to workout during the week. :(

My new gym has a step mill so I'm looking forward to using that and seeing how much progress I can make!

no way-lol. I have a real hard time making it to friday. Was'st as bad this week, maybe im getting used to it. But i could hardly walk last friday. Im not just doing an hour on treadmill, i also do elliptical. I switch back an fourth, usually sticking with one for 40 minutes, then hopping on something else.
 
Its funny you say that about not doing legs. I was planning on doing legs today but they are shot so I did chest which I was going to do tomorrow. I played golf today as well and my legs are shot from that, from the walking and inclines from the course.

I also switch up on eliptical and treadmill, but ive noticed that i get my heartrate to high on eliptical...You need me to come down to the D and do a leg workout with ya lol???
