I have to be to work before 830, and I'm not really a morning person, so the night time workouts are my norm. We used to alternate and go at 530am, but I was half way through the workout before I was actually "with it" enough to push it.
I get the best workouts in the middle of the day. I used to have a job that allowed me to work out then have lunch--THAT was nice! Now I have to work out after work at 6:30. I've done well with that time, but I don't like it as much.
