either will be fine. it really comes down to the way you personally react to each. i get pretty bloated on deca myself, but i still love it. for me eq, i get super vascular and INCREDIBLY hungry even when completely full. try deca this time, then next time try eq and see which you like better. it'll take a while before you find out what you like, i still haven't even come close myself.
also, like sirben187 said, i'd bump the deca to 400mg/wk
