Thats actually pretty easy, its all diet and discipline!
You need plenty of sleep
Good protein diet at leadst 1 gram per pound of body weight divided into each meal equally
do an evaluation of your workout plan a simple one is
day1 Back and bi's and abs
day 2 rest
day 3 do quads and calfs and obliques
day 4 rest
day 5 chest and tris and forearms
day6 rest
day7 shoulders calves abs
this is just an example of a workout you dont have to follow it do what works for you.
if you are still sore when you go to workout you will need to vary it to you.
If you are still sore do not work out that part again until it is fine, it will hinder your progress.
Eat some carbs and plenty of protein after your workout. This will help with post workout recovery
Drink plenty of water half a gallon to one and a half gallon a day!
Drop these items Do not eat them if you do in small amounts!
Ice cream
Soda
beer(unless its dark beer it helps with recovery) but your to young so not at all..lol
Dark alcohols they have a lot of sugar
And will dehrdrate you.
Carbs to a certain amount but usually in the morning since you have starved your body all night. Do not eat them before bed or any sugars.
Certain juices..they contain high glucose sugars which are difficult to break down and will be stored as fat.
