In order for me to get bigger, I have to eat a Whole shitload of food to get big. That includes alot of fastfood. I plan on cutting pretty soon and dont want to lose alot of muscle. How in the hell should I do this? Eat 2 chicken breast every hour? not happening. Does anybody know of a diet for 6 weeks that will help me keep almost all muscle I have?
