Hardly a Newbie
Well today I was supposed to train this girl. I promised her i would help, but since were in college she thinks beer should be included in her diet. I said it could but mayb one day a week. She drinks everyday allmost.
Well today im supposed to work her out, and my gf was gonna come along, she has never really worked out. So i go to pick the girl up, and im 5 min late, she never even calls me. So i call when i get to her house, and shes like its too late, im getting ready for school an 1.5 hr early.
So i take my gf to the gym, and she had a pretty good work out.
Im just doing body for life for them. Since its high intensity. I think she will do good, shes gonna try to lose 10lbs.
So how can i make her feel like im not an asshole about pushing her?
