anything on off days

I try to get in 4 lifting days during the week. 2 of the other days I have a
cardio thing going. Leave 's me with one totally OFF day. I try to make that
Friday but switch it if somthing interfears with one of my workout days. If I am on a roll I'll even hit the gym on my off friday just to hit a week part. (if my energy is up) Have learned that if I take timeoff - the longer it is the harder it is to start up again. What is everyone's off schedual like and are
they total off days.
 
Same for me but I dont take a day off. I train 4 days and cardio the other 3. Works great for me. Best results I have ever had.
 
I usually take a full day off from cardio and lifting on Sunday. I don't like to stay dormant much more than that.
 
i dont plan on days off. Cardio for atleast 30 minutes on days i dont lift. But i do allow things to get in the way, like family. So I end up getting a day off anyway.... Im really trying to lean up though. I do feel im over training, but its worth it if i can get these abs to show.
 
2 on / 1 off / 2 on / 2 off/ my off days are wendsday and weekends when i use this schedule

but now summer is here and as of tomorow im doing split sessions atleast 2-3 days a week
 
I have a physical job during the week so I love working out on weekends - It is my main outlet for my energy that day. Once my workout is in, the rest of the day is on cruise.

this is basically what im gonna start doing. Hitting it hard like friday night sat. sunday and monday then cruising the rest of the week. 3 days off should help. but at the same time im getting alot of work in on the 4 days in a row so hopefully ill net some good gains. Im with you MC manual labor in the 100 degree heat sucks balls.
 
i too do not have an off day. if there is a day i have NOTHING to do, il simply strech or hit poses for 1/2 hour. helps keep me sharp and the body feeling gooooood
 
try to do 5 days a week, but in the summer im lucky if i get 3, because i have a very physical job too
 
i used to train 5-6 days a week and made some nice slow steady gains now i cut it back to around 4 and the gains are much better, my body just needs more rest and the improvements i am making are just plain dramatic..
