I try to get in 4 lifting days during the week. 2 of the other days I have a
cardio thing going. Leave 's me with one totally OFF day. I try to make that
Friday but switch it if somthing interfears with one of my workout days. If I am on a roll I'll even hit the gym on my off friday just to hit a week part. (if my energy is up) Have learned that if I take timeoff - the longer it is the harder it is to start up again. What is everyone's off schedual like and are
