I have applied to sholders,traps,bi's and tri's - no problem. Tried to apply
to upper chest - I know I have plates of steel there but It was hard as
hell to apply. It worked but I really had to work at it. Anyone else have
any differences when applied to different areas??
IGF right? I'll be starting mine up for the first time, in a couple more weeks, and I plan to hit the chest, along with lats, bi's, tri's, and calves....
yep, it's a good place to use but it doesn't apply easily. It always felt like it was popping, and ripping through all the layers in my chest. Really funky feeling. lol. It worked well though.
