What are you doing and why?

I finished a cut cycle last month. Maintaining till September. Then hitting a bulk cycle. Probably test/deca/anadrol. Gonna really try to put some size and weight on. Do a dirty bulk. More work when I'm done yes, but I love to eat fattening foods.

cutting right now naturally.... have been off for over a year and out of the weightroom for almost 1.5 years till about a month ago. Down from around 20% bodyfat to about 15ish. Once i hit the 13 range this is via mirror and measurements so could be a little off, im gonna start some prop and var. Just to knock the rest of the fat off I want and add some lean muscle. Then time off or on HRT dose then back up to around 600mg test and maybe some deca dbol this winter to put on some more size. I always ramp up very slight with dosages so being out this long 600mg's should be enough for me to bounce back pretty good, if not I'll adjust from there. Sitting around 219 right now at 5'10.

Ya that's a great idea to cut natural to a reasonable body fat before throwing in some AAS. Wow year and a half is a long time off!

yeah no doubt, I hit the gym a couple times in there but nothing consistant, ruptured a biceps tendon a few years back and that started giving me issues, then I had a grade 2 tear in my MCL in my right knee, and a couple other unfortunate bull shit injuries that just kinda kept me out. I ate a lot of fat foods and got really good at being lazy as fuck lol. Luckily im back in it, motivated, and ready to go.
 
Ya it's easy to get out of a routine when injuries come up. Good to hear your back at it full strength now!

I'm recomping 99% of the time and occasionally cut for a month or so every now and then. Any time I do the cut, I always have an awesome rebound in strength and size.
