My arm started to hurt this will be the 3 wed. It starts at my forarm up my bi. to my shoulder...It fucking throbs like crazy it all most buckeld me a few times. i started ice every day and motrin all day, it didnt help really so i took a week off from the gym which i hate. came back on back day started out light and felt pretty good started to pull some weight got up to 475 on dl, probley not smart because it started throbing again, Then legs on sunday not bad, monday incline bench bringing the weight down felt like it was tareing my arm off. Today arm day tri not bad, the bicps. pain the hole time. Any help, PLEASE because it is really messing with my growing time. Is there some special thing out there to fix me i hope its not a nother week off because i dont thing the family can handle that again...maybe some sport cream or some injectable pain killer would be nice at least i could train hard.......:upset:

rest is your best bet and go see a doc, it could be a tear or strain and if you dont take the proper time off from injuries your going to be in a simliar boat i was in and have to take almost a year off to fully heal

i had a similar pain myself two years ago and the only thing that helped it was laying off the weights for 3 weeks. I'd definitly hit up a doc though, this is definitly something that needs to be adressed. Lifting with the pain is going to do nothing but make it worse. Sorry bud i know its not what you want to hear, hell none of do, but it happens to some of us from time to time. Be careful and get well bro.

I'd definitely get it checked out bro, you could never be too careful

ok thanks for the help and if you think of any thing else let me know. I will call the dr. tomarrow, need some new blood work done anyway....

damn bro, sounds rough. did this come out of nowhere? definitely see a Doc and get back to us and let us know what's going on. Good luck.

Yep, sounds like a strained muscle. Only time off will allow it to heal. Check with the doc for sure.

Take it from someone who never listened to this advice - gotta lay off and let it
heal. Let us know what doc. says. Well let you know if he is right-LOL

Any updates? What happened?

well somebody else said i could try to do some light hammer curls every workout to help condition and heal my arm, and i couldnt get in to my normal Dr. yet so i gave it a try and it feels kick ass now i cant believe it. i did feel a little twinge Mon. on my last heavy set on incline bench. but everything else feels great. Thanks again for all your guys info. i know i didnt follow all your help but i appreciate everything you have to say.......

sounds like it's feeling better but you can never be too safe, if you can get in to see a doc I would bro. what are you on at the moment>?

In the meantime, you can always double up on leg work....that's what I usually do just to keep my sanity when injured.
Bump that, legs can never be too big and they can handle more volume than upper body so you can get in some extra work, cardio and abs as well.

Igf 60mcg eod, 1200mg of Cyp, 900mg of EQ, 750mg of Deca, 20mg of Nolva. and some Ibuprofen just for the hell of it.

I still want to see the Dr. though, but man i felt like a animal today in the gym, might not be alot for you guys but i was cranking 315 for reps on incline bench, and i really never do decline bench but today i did 405, it felt pretty good.

thanks again for your info.

if you use a good range of motion and great form. 315lbs repping on the incline is impressive. imho.

I dont' think Ive ever seen a guy do 3 plates on the incline bench. They are always using the flat bench (and arching to a decline positions practially) as they are using way too much weight. and incline bench isn't really an ego lift.

I would hit your bi's and tri's on the arm with the pain. Even if it's not the exact muscle from my experience the closer your inject IGF to a problem area the better the healing and growing capabilities of it.

315 on incline for reps is very impressive bro, particularly if you're injured! I'm not repping that flat now and I'm perfectly healthy!!! lol

Man i feel like a bigger stud then ever now, lol, but the shitty thing is my arm ached all day today, not bad but just ached, im going to ice it down good tonight and more IB, because tomarrow is arm day and im ready for a kick ass workout. I cant win and im getting sick of it. I just want to fucking train..............................
