I need to post an arm pic and get you guys to help me. I have the shortest biceps you've ever seen. When I extend my left arm palm down to stretch the bicep, it's still about an inch shy of the inside of my elbow.

Alot of tall guys have this issue, due to having longer arms. Whats your height?

Yeah to me, if you want great looking forarms train them just like everything else. IMO I dont think gripping is enough.

I agree completely, I train forearms a lot. Mine aren't great, but I think they look decent
