My wife is considering b12 inj to supplement her diet/excercise routine..I've personally never tried it.
Just wondering if anyone has dosage advice.
She's 5'8 128lbs and about 4mos post pregnancy (no longer breastfeeding so its not an issue on that end). She just wants to lose the rest of the baby weight.
Anyone know any females that use it successfully?

bump, i dont know anyone personaly nor have i even tryied it. what is she looking for that extra energy boost from it brutha?

Her friend goes to some weight loss doc that shoots her w/ b12 once a week and charges her $375/ mo for it.... Which i think is absurd.
She's lost prob 50lbs w/ supposedly just the b12 w/o changing her daily habits... I sort of thought this was hard to believe. But now my wife is hell bent on it so im just trying to gather more info...

lol, shoot her with water and tell her its b-12, ill bet she loses weight! lol. Ill bump this for ya though as i have no experience with it

I read some somewhere, I'll see if I can find it again and post it up on here for you. I know you'll wanna get human grade and it does get expensive, but I'm not sure $375 worth of expensive

I think your wifes friend did the hcg diet , 50 lbs lost on b-12? Plus at that price it sounds more like hcg . I've got 100ml vial of vet grade inject b12, probably did 10ml of it so far and all I've noticed is just a lil energy . I'm gonna run it thru my next cycle to hopefully see some more appetite from it.

Keep me posted on ur results w it. I suspect her friend is getting more than just b12 as well. Prob phentermine ect...

My HRT rep gave me 30ml (30,000mcg) of pharmaceudical grade inj B12 for free. So far I can't really say I notice anything from it. I inject 1ml 3X/wk. Have been doing so for three weeks. I guess time will tell.

30ml ~ 30,000mcg should only be like $50 at most.

the ave. dose is 50-300 mgs for reg people, I know guys who take 600mgs daily. start off low and see how you go, like 200 is more then enough to get the effects from it. you can max out at 400, but start at like 100, ramp up to 200, hold that for a few weeks, see how you feel then ramp up to 400 and see if you feel a dramatic increase, if so then you will know what dose feels better and from there out you can tweak to your sweet spot of your choice. Just my opinion... You can even do a combo shot of b6/b12 for max benefits of these two.. Both in a combo is a great mix, with great reports, definitely helps too this time of year when we are eating a little too clean to stay lean. helps with the fatiuge and such, and gives you that added drive/edge to get down some of these nasty clean meals we eat, like plain rice and plain chicken breast.

great, thanks for the dosage advice.....she's going to start it next week. hopefully she gets a nice energy boost from it. we're not getting much sleep these days..lol

I think this time of duration she must avoid to use that type of pills it is harmful to her health and also danger for the baby. So she should concentrate on her diet and do walk daily for the good health.

What kind of damage do you foresee with Vitamin B?
